The questions we get every week
Do I really get two classes free?
Yes! two full classes, no cost and no commitment. It's the best way to know whether we're the right fit before any money changes hands.
What ages do you teach?
Ages 3.5 through adult. Bear Cubs covers 3.5–6, and our General Class runs from age 7 with no upper limit. We have students training alongside their kids and, in some families, their grandkids.
Do I need to be fit or flexible to start?
No. That worry is the single most common reason people delay starting, and it's the least necessary. We train people at every level of fitness and your endurance improves on its own with consistent classes.
What should we wear to the first class?
Comfortable athletic clothes and bare feet. You don't buy a uniform to try us out, that only comes up if you decide to enroll.
Can I watch my child's class?
Always. Parents are welcome to watch every minute of every class.

55 Industrial Way, Milton, NH 03851. We welcome everyone from Milton and the surrounding Rochester, Farmington, Union and Middleton communities.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! 10% for military and first responders, multi-family member discounts, and seasonal prepay promotions.
Homeschool families may be able to use a New Hampshire Education Freedom Account.
